The insurance company Allianz Real Estate has sold five properties located at 113 Príncipe de Vergara street to a private investor in the capital for three million euros, according to EjePrime.
The properties are leased to the Greek short and medium term accommodation operator Blueground, which is in full expansion in the Spanish market. Tenigla Real Estate has advised the buyer, while the sellers have been advised by Prausa Consultores Inmobiliarios.
Allianz RE has been particularly active in this segment, and it is worth recalling that last March the insurer's real estate division bought a portfolio of nine prime residential buildings in Madrid's Chamartín district from the socimi Testa for 200 million euros. The portfolio consisted of 245 residential units and additional commercial space.
