All Iron expands its footprint in Andalusia. The company has invested 5.6 million euros in a property located at number 62 Calle San Jacinto in Seville, which it will allocate to accommodation for tourist rental
The building, which is currently empty, has 2,594 sqm, distributed on the ground floor, two additional floors and a walkable roof. The socimi expects that, once it has been conditioned, it will be able to house 55 tourist apartments "for rental and operation in a short- and medium-stay format," the company has informed BME Growth.
This is the first operation of the year that All Iron carries out in Andalusia, a market where last year it acquired three other properties: two in Malaga and one in Seville. Specifically, the company landed in the Sevillian capital in February with the purchase of two buildings with four floors and 3,758 sqm, located at Calle Albareda 18, for an amount of 9.8 million euros. There it plans to build a complex with about 50 serviced apartments for short and medium-term accommodation.
All Iron landing in Malaga came several months later, when in August it acquired a property located at Calle Granada 76, with an area of 1,402 sqm, divided into 20 apartments and three commercial premises, for which it paid seven million euros. In November, the socimi bought its second asset in Malaga for 11.2 million: a 2,159 sqm building, located in the center of the municipality, in Plaza del Siglo 3, with 1,660 sqm for accommodation and two commercial premises with a total of 499 sqm.
Throughout 2021, the socimi founded in 2016 by Ander Michelena and Jon Uriarte, acquired a total of eight assets that added an investment of more than 81 million euros.
