Alibuilding, part of the Aligrupo group, has purchased two plots of land in La Nucia, 10 kilometres from Benidorm, Alicante, with the aim of developing approximately 130 new homes. These plots, which together cover almost 14,000 square metres, are located in the La Serreta execution unit, close to various sports and educational facilities such as the Sports City, the Ferrer Tennis Academy, an Olympic stadium and the Soccer Centre.
The acquisition of this adjoining land allows Alibuilding to expand its land stock and plan future property developments. This comes at a time when the company is also expanding Polop Hills in Polop and developing new projects in El Campello, Mutxamel (Bonalba) and Finestrat.
The general manager of Alibuilding, José Antonio Izquierdo, has expressed the strategic importance of the location: "For our business model, being located in La Serreta is very important because this urban area is surely destined to be one of the most attractive on the Costa Blanca. La Nucía, and precisely this area, is a pole of attraction for thousands of sportsmen and women from all over the world who live, train and develop in this place with its privileged climate and facilities".
Izquierdo also indicated that following the purchase of the land, a demand analysis will be carried out to ensure that future developments meet the expectations of clients looking for a new residence. "We understand that the attractiveness offered by our province of Alicante, the environment generated in La Nucia and the quality seal offered by Alibuilding will have a great response in the market, both nationally and internationally," added the director of the developer.
