Aedas Homes has commenced work on a development comprising 65 homes in Pinar de Jalón, Valladolid, with construction to be carried out by Sanjose Constructora.
The project, named Kyma, is almost 50% sold and is expected to begin handover in the second quarter of 2028, according to information provided by the developer. This is the eighth residential development by the Neinor Group company in the city, where it has already handed over more than 500 homes.
The development includes two- and three-bedroom homes, all with terraces, as well as property types such as ground-floor flats with gardens and penthouses with spacious terraces. Some of the units will also feature dual aspect.
The residential complex will incorporate over 6,500 sqm of communal areas, including swimming pools for adults and children, a padel court, a children’s play area, a gym, a communal lounge, bicycle parking, a reading area and landscaped spaces.
Carmen Rahona, sales manager at Aedas Homes in Valladolid, pointed out that the project is attracting a diverse range of buyers, from people living alone to young couples and families with children. She attributed this demand to the importance placed on communal areas and the availability of homes with outdoor spaces.
With this development, the company is approaching the 600-home mark in Valladolid, where it has carried out projects in areas such as Callejón de la Alcoholera, Covaresa, Ciudad de la Comunicación and El Peral.
