Aedas Homes has begun marketing Estela, its fifth development in the San Agustín neighbourhood of Alicante, bringing the total number of properties planned in this area to over 300. This new project comprises 100 one- to three-bedroom homes situated on a plot connecting PAU II and the Cornisa de San Agustín. The starting price for the units is €178,500 and includes a garage and storage room in all cases.
The development is situated in an expanding area adjacent to the PAU I and PAU II zones, just ten minutes from the city centre and fifteen minutes from the beach. The building, designed by the architectural firm GP17, features ground-floor units with 20 sqm terraces and communal areas with an outdoor swimming pool, children’s play areas, gardens and bicycle parking. In addition to the residential space, the project includes commercial premises intended for local businesses.
In terms of sustainability and efficiency, the building has been designed to achieve an A energy rating. To this end, it will feature a centralised geothermal heating system for domestic hot water, photovoltaic panels, double-glazed windows and a communal room dedicated to waste recycling.
With the launch of Estela, the company’s development in the San Agustín neighbourhood joins its previous projects: Aborda, Jarcia, Halar and Volanta. Currently, the first two have already been handed over, while Halar and Volanta are under construction, bringing the total number of homes under development to 131.
