Aedas Homes has begun handing over the 106 homes in the second phase of Gaudia, a residential development comprising nearly 200 units situated in the northern part of Murcia, between Juan Carlos I and Juan de Borbón avenues.
The completion of this phase brings the project to a close, the first phase of which had already been handed over. Of the homes now coming onto the market as completed properties, 12 one-, two- and four-bedroom units remain available, all of which come with a garage and storage room.
The development comprises one- to four-bedroom properties and features communal areas spread across the ground floor and the roof terrace, where there are two swimming pools, relaxation areas, a gym, a spa, a social club and a co-working space.
According to Luis Miguel Molla, Development Manager at Aedas Homes in Murcia, the second phase has been handed over on schedule and has seen sales performance similar to that of the first phase.
The development is aimed at a diverse range of buyers, from those looking to replace their current home to young families and investors, in an established area close to the centre of Murcia which offers a concentration of services, commercial activity and transport links.
The homes have an energy rating of A and have incorporated various customisation options for kitchens, bathrooms and interior finishes during the construction process.
