AEDAS Homes, a company within the Neinor Group, has completed the construction of the 944 affordable homes awarded to the company under the Madrid Regional Government’s Plan VIVE III, which is partially funded by the European Union (EU) through the Next Generation EU funds.
The company obtained the Certificates of Completion (CFOs) for the three residential projects comprising these nearly 1,000 homes before 30 June, meeting the deadlines required to access European funding in collaboration with the construction firm SANJOSE Constructora.
Specifically, the 944 homes awarded to AEDAS Homes are spread across three developments in the Madrid municipalities of Aranjuez (400), Navalcarnero (318 units) and Villalbilla (226). These are three residential developments comprising one-, two- and three-bedroom properties with communal areas including a swimming pool, a children’s play area and landscaped gardens, amongst other facilities.
This housing development is due to be launched on the market in the coming months, at which point interested parties will be able to register; the first successful applicants are expected to move into their homes in early 2027.
More than 5,000 affordable homes in total
In total, AEDAS Homes, a company committed to providing access to housing, has been involved in the development of more than 5,000 affordable homes under the Plan VIVE scheme. The developer has already completed, either as the successful bidder or as ‘project manager’, more than 4,300 homes under Plan VIVE I and Plan VIVE III, to which must be added another project comprising 170 homes in Torrelodones, due for completion this year.
Furthermore, it is collaborating on the development of a further 500 homes under the VIVE IV Plan, awarded to SANJOSE Constructora in Móstoles and Loeches.
