The socimi Advero Properties has acquired two residential buildings for rent, for which it has paid 2.6 million euros.
The assets are located in the Madrid neighborhood of Vallecas; and in the area of La Trinidad, in Malaga, and they have seven and 18 homes, respectively, in operation under a long-term rental system.
Both operations have been financed with own resources, resulting from the capital increase, worth ten million euros, carried out last December, by which the National Brotherhood of Architects (HNA) became the main shareholder of the listed company, with a participation of 18.9%.
With this addition, Advero's portfolio now includes 15 buildings with 242 homes leased under long-term contracts, all of them located in the metropolitan areas of Barcelona (eight buildings in the municipalities of Rubí, Sabadell, Terrassa and Martorell), Madrid (four assets in the neighborhoods of Tetuán and Vallecas) and Málaga (three buildings in the neighborhood of La Trinidad), and with an average occupancy of 98%, because their properties "are intended for medium incomes and do not require great efforts to pay of income", they point out from the company.
So far this year, Advero has closed the acquisition of two other buildings in Barcelona. The first, of 21 and homes and the second, of 24, and points out that it continues to work "to formalize new acquisitions in the coming months", with the aim of doubling the investments made since its start of activity in 2018 by 2022.
