The SOCIMI Adriano Care has sold a property asset intended for the elderly care sector, located in La Coruña, for €11.9 million to an undisclosed entity. The transaction took place on 14 July and was published via the BME MTF Equity trading segment of the BME Growth stock market.
Adriano Care invests in assets related to the elderly, including care homes, housing adapted for older people, and other facilities of interest to this demographic group. The SOCIMI is currently managed by Azora, an independent private equity firm specialising in property investment.
The company’s portfolio comprises a total of 21 properties across Spain, providing a total of 2,812 beds, which have required €120 million in committed capital to reach their current state. Until now, the company had two properties in La Coruña: the Domusvi Matogrande Care Home, a residential building with 150 places and a floor area of over 11,500 sqm; and Senior Living Matogrande – La Coruña, a residential property comprising 119 flats, which it acquired in 2022.
