Adriano Care has acquired two residences in the Community of Madrid for a total amount of eleven million euros
The assets have 94 and 53 authorized spaces, respectively, and are leased on a long-term basis to two specialized international operators.
With this operation, the Azora socimi specializing in assets for the elderly adds 147 new beds to the 119 recently acquired in the urban center of A Coruña for 8.7 million euros, and to the 150 beds of the turnkey project purchased from early March in Vigo for 13.5 million euros.
Adriano Care closed 2021 with a profit of 8.2 million euros, leaving behind the losses of 1.6 million in 2020, and reached revenues of 13.3 million euros. For its part, EBITDA was 5.4 million, compared to losses of 1.7 million euros a year earlier.
