The Azora socimi specializing in residences for the elderly has closed the purchase of a property in La Coruña, for 8.7 million euros.
The complex is located in the urban center of the Galician city and has 119 beds. And, according to Adriano Care, "it is part of the same real estate complex where the Domusvi Matogrande residence is located", also owned by the socimi.
The operation includes the subrogation of the existing financing, amounting to six million euros.
Currently, the company has a syndicated financing line with a mortgage guarantee for an amount of up to 125 million euros. It was signed at the end of last year with "a pool of top-tier national and international entities", with the aim of continuing with its asset acquisition strategy over the next few years, as specified in its business plan.
Thus, at the beginning of this month it acquired a turnkey project, with 150 beds, in the urban center of Vigo for 13.5 million euros.
