The Spanish Socimi Adriano Care, specialized in investment in assets for the elderly and managed by Azora, has purchased two new senior residences for approximately €35 million.
These are two registered assets: one, located in Santander, in the central neighborhood of Puerto Chico, with 118 beds and operated by Orpea; the second, located in Sant Cugat del Vallés (Barcelona), with 180 beds and operated by Amavir. Both have mandatory long-term rental contracts.
With these last two acquisitions, Adriano has invested more than 100 million euros in 2022. The company, listed on BME Growth, is moving forward with its investment plan: with 22 assets in portfolios and 2,875 places, the Socimi's portfolio exceeds 235 million value. It is approximately 82% of traditional residences and 18% of the emerging Senior Living.
