ABU Group has begun marketing Magna, a development comprising 353 homes and 25 commercial premises in Torremolinos, Malaga, with a planned investment of over €250 million. This is the Seville-based company’s third development in the municipality and the largest in its history.
The plot has over 40,000 sqm of buildable area and is situated a five-minute walk from Carihuela beach and a 15-minute drive from Málaga airport, 8 kilometres away.
The development comprises mid-rise buildings – ranging from ground floor plus four storeys to ground floor plus six storeys, depending on the façade – which are staggered to make the most of the site’s sloping terrain. The homes range from one to four bedrooms, all with a terrace or private garden.
The communal areas include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a gym, a yoga club, a gastroteca, a co-working space, a cinema room, a pet care area, leisure areas, landscaped communal terrace, internal gardens and bicycle parking. The underground car park has around 750 spaces, with at least two per home plus a storage room.
The 25 retail units are distributed along the street-level gallery between the ground floor and level -2, with access from Avenida Carlota Alessandri and Calle Nerja.
