Würth Elektronik has moved its offices to 22@. Specifically, the brand is moving to the top two floors of the Alt Building, located within the Selvamar Business Campus. The rented space, 1,000 square metres, is part of this complex, made up of four buildings and certified as Leed Platinum v4 BDC Core & Shell and with the Well Gold certification.
According to Josep Balcells, Country Manager of Würth Elektronik, the new space rented by the firm is "a place that not only meets the functional characteristics we required, but also offers an inspiring and motivating environment for daily work".
Regarding the space that will house Würth Elektronik's offices, Balcells emphasises that "in addition to the right selection of the property, we would like to highlight the work carried out in modernising the building and adapting the space to our specific needs". In his opinion, "the new offices have a modern and functional design, which optimises the use of space and favours collaboration between team members. The magnificent views offered by the building are an additional plus that contributes to creating a pleasant and stimulating working environment".
On this occasion, the lease has been advised by Forcadell. "Würth elektronik's move to 22@ is a sign of the attractiveness of the district, which continues to be a key area for technology companies and the talent linked to them," explains Manel de Bes, Director of the company's Office Dept. "The Selvamar Business Campus business park is an important asset for maintaining the area as an economic hub for the city," he added.
