Worx Real Estate Consultants was responsible for the placement of two companies in Quinta da Fonte, in Lisbon, reflecting the constant demand for the Western Corridor.
The first placement corresponded to a major expansion of the facilities of a global executive aviation services company, which found in the D. Sancho I - Q57 building the answer to their need for office space with larger areas.
The second placement concerns Blue Sites Telco, which was looking for office space in a business park that could offer its employees a better lifestyle and therefore chose to rent a unit on floor 3 of the D. Diniz building. Diniz – Q55, one of the most modern buildings in Quinta da Fonte.
The office park offers a wide variety of services (gym, car wash, hairdresser, among others) and restaurants, and has more than 3,000 parking spaces, including spaces with electric chargers.
