Grupo Whiteni has sold three office buildings in the Madrid district of Fuencarral to an American family office, which is investing in Spain for the first time through the Roales company.
The trio of assets, located in the Fuencarral industrial estate, total 14,000 sqm, and are consecutively located on the same Manuel Tovar street in Madrid, very close to the Ramón y Cajal hospital and the old Clesa factory, where Metrovacesa prepares a new tertiary development.
With these sales, for which it has received 19.32 million euros, the Spanish socimi listed on Euronext continues to meet its "investment objectives included in the business plan", and has already announced that it will distribute an extraordinary dividend to its shareholders thus.
The properties of Manuel Tovar 45-47 (with 3,400 sqm) and 49-53 (4,300 sqm) were controlled directly by Whiteni RCajal, while that of Manuel Tovar 43 (6,300 sqm) was in the hands of a subsidiary.
Whiteni RCajal was incorporated in December 2017 and has been listed on the Euronext in Paris since 2019. In addition to the assets now transferred, the company has a portfolio of 25 apartments on Fomento and Río streets in Madrid, in the Plaza de Spain; and a project of 12 apartments for rent and a commercial premises, called Sunset Plaza, in Estepona (Málaga).
