The Andrade Corvo 42 building has been acquired by the Violas Ferreira group. The office building number 42 on Lisbon's Rua Andrade Corvo was in the hands of GNB Real Estate, Novo Banco's fund manager.
The Violas Group paid around eight million for the building, which is fully leased to Dicorium, a technology company belonging to the Volkswagen group, reports Jornal de Negócios.
Tiago Violas Ferreira, the group's CEO, said that the property "is fully leased to Dicorium and will remain so", as quoted by the same newspaper.
This year, Dicorium took second place on the podium of the Best Companies to Work for in Technology in Portugal, an initiative promoted by Teamlyzer.
