The Swiss management company UBS has commissioned CBRE to sell the office building located at 108 Calle Príncipe de Vergara in Madrid, according to Cinco Días, which reports that the purchase price would be around 50 million euros.
The twelve-storey building is located at the intersection of Principe de Vergara and Francisco Silvela streets, with direct access to Avenida de América, and its tenants include companies such as Sonnedix, Invenergy and the Fundación Estatal para la Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (State Foundation for the Prevention of Occupational Risks).
In parallel to the Príncipe de Vergara offices, UBS is also selling the Zielo Shopping centre in Pozuelo de Alarcón, Madrid. The asset was acquired by the company in 2015 for €70 million and built by developer Hines in 2009.
Zielo Shopping has 15,540 square metres of gross floor space and 1,075 parking spaces, according to data from the Spanish Association of Shopping Centres. It is also located in the municipality with the highest income in Spain. UBS has entrusted the search for buyers to the consultancy firm JLL.
