The American school UA School buys in Valencia. The education company has acquired an office building, on Calle Lleida 20, for 2 million euros, according to Eje Prime.
The complex has 2,000 sqm and nine floors. Once operational, it will house students who seek to learn and develop new film and video game products. The operation was advised by Reolid Investment.
In 2020, according to CBRE, the Valencian office segment accounted for an investment of 51 million euros, only 4 million less than in the year before the health crisis. José Ángel Sospedra, territorial director in the eastern area, assures that "Valencia is becoming a focus of attraction and retention of talent for most of the international and technological companies that are looking for new locations at a European level".
