Septeo Hospitality, a division of the European Septeo Group specialising in technological equipment for the hospitality sector in Spain, has established its new headquarters in an office building in Barcelona. Located at the intersection of Berlin and Numancia streets, the building is owned by Tristan Capital Partners.
The building, designed by renowned architect Ricardo Bofill, has been refurbished for office use only and has been awarded the Breeam Exceptional Certification, a sustainability standard. Patrimony Real Estate, based in Barcelona, acts as Asset Manager of the building. The lease transaction has been facilitated with the intermediation and advice of BNP Paribas Real Estate, which is acting as co-exclusive agent for the building.
The building is characterised by its bright, open-plan floor plans and high quality finishes. It is strategically located with excellent public transport connections, easy access to the airport and close proximity to Sants station. Septeo Hospitality will occupy 1,649.40 square metres on the first floor of the building, in addition to 12 parking spaces.
Benjamín Gómez, Head of Offices at BNP Paribas Real Estate, said: "This transaction reflects the sustained dynamism of the office market in the centre of Barcelona, which is experiencing a notable reactivation in the last quarter. In addition, Septeo Hospitality demonstrates the growing trend of offices that are committed to quality, open-plan and efficient spaces that ensure the well-being of their employees and meet high sustainability requirements".
