The Lakhani Group, an engineering consultancy, has new offices in Tower G of the Torres de Lisboa, occupying an area of 468 square meters. The placement was the responsibility of Worx.
The Lakhani Group was founded 38 years ago. It has operations in India, Canada and the United States. In recent years, it has been growing and recruiting new human resources in the Portuguese market, which has boosted the search for a new office. According to Worx, the expansion of the area occupied over the next year is also assured.
Worx also recalls that the Lisbon Towers will undergo a renovation process in the coming years, which will include the requalification of the central courtyard, with restaurants and leisure areas for tenants, and BREEAM In Use certification, recently achieved.
