The Masiques Group of Companies and Farmacia Motors have become the first tenants of the Edifici 6Ó Marina Building, a 5,473 square metre office building located in Barcelona's La Marina del Prat Vermell neighbourhood.
The Edifici 6Ó Marina Building, located at number 19 Passeig de la Zona Franca, is an eight-storey building with Leed Gold and Well Gold certifications and an A energy rating.
The Masiques Group of Companies, a logistics company, has occupied the top two floors of the building, with a total of 1,400 sqm. Its decision to set up in this space responds to its strategic proximity to the Port of Barcelona, which is key to its logistics operations. The ground floor of the building houses the Motors Pharmacy, with 250 sqm of space.
The Edifici 6Ó Marina Building is a key part of Culmia's strategy to transform the La Marina del Prat Vermell neighbourhood, a growing area located between the Zona Franca, the Fira de Barcelona and the City of Justice. This project is part of an urban redevelopment plan covering 750,000 sqm that seeks to consolidate the area as a new urban and business district in Barcelona.
In addition to this office building, Culmia is developing three residential buildings in the same area, combining its three main business areas: build to rent, residential and offices.
