Technoedif has leased a new office in the city of Porto, more precisely in the Aviz Trade Centre. Cushman & Wakefield acted on behalf of the building's owner - Quorum.
Aviz Trade Center is an office centre located in the Porto Business District, close to the metro and the main exits from Porto. It benefits from private car parking spaces and various services in the space itself, such as a restaurant and gym, as well as in the surrounding area with a variety of services on offer.
Technoedif has proven experience in all areas of activity, with particular emphasis on the Process Industry (Oil Refining, Petrochemicals, Chemicals) and Energy. The Portuguese engineering company in the field of Industry and Energy will occupy a larger area of around 500 square metres.
