The multinational T-Systems, part of the German group Deutsche Telekom, has opted for the centre of Valencia to expand its presence in the city. The company is moving into the Rex Building, located at Av. del Marqués de Sotelo, 6, where it will occupy 1,500 square metres on floors 3 and 4.
CBRE has advised the company on the leasing of its new offices in Valencia, as well as its design. The operation consolidates the city as a reference destination for multinationals.
The Rex Building, marketed by CBRE, has a key location in the city, with excellent communications and services. The property, which was built in 2000 and completely refurbished in 2014, consists of a ground floor, eight floors and two basements for parking.
Katrina Molina, from the CBRE Valencia office team: "It is a pleasure for CBRE to have advised T-Systems on their new location in Valencia. It is great news that more and more multinationals are betting on the city to open offices or expand their activity, competing with the rest of Europe as a Technology Hub. Factors such as access to and retention of talent, together with the quality of life and a growing technological ecosystem, are making Valencia a very attractive alternative for these companies".
"A large number of the transactions advised by CBRE so far this year have involved technology companies opening offices in Valencia for the first time, providing them with a comprehensive and personalised service to find them the best location and offer them the best services", adds Katrina.
