SKF is the new tenant of the Alfrapark office park in Lisbon. The Swedish multinational now occupies a unit in building F of this development.
In this operation, Cushman Wakefield represented the owner. Located in Alfragide, 5 minutes from Marquês de Pombal, Alfrapark totals more than 22,000 square meters of office space and around 1,500 parking spaces. Clients have a restaurant, cafeteria, conference and meeting rooms, helipad and large green areas surrounding the buildings.
In 2022, Alfrapark began work on completing the development's infrastructure, the completion of which will benefit its clients and users: more green areas, circulation areas and parking areas. When completed, it will have more than 35,000 square meters of office space.
