Savills has placed the Pérez-Llorca law firm in the Barata Salgueiro 21 building, an asset located in the prime area of the Portuguese capital owned by property curator Primosfera. The Spanish company will occupy the entire building, which has been completely refurbished in a project designed by Manuel Aires Mateus, one of Portugal's most renowned architects, in partnership with Primosfera.
Located next to Avenida da Liberdade in Lisbon, number 21 Rua Barata Salgueiro consists of five office floors and two retail floors, with a total area of 2,422 sqm, two retail spaces and 22 car parking spaces.
