Saint Croix Holding Immobilier has signed a lease agreement with Esade for a 4,800 square metre space at Calle Valle de la Fuenfría 3, Madrid, to establish Esade's new campus in the Spanish capital. Located in the Mirasierra neighbourhood, in the northwest area of Madrid, the campus will have more than 13 classrooms, an auditorium and a specific corporate area for Esade, which will include management and administration areas, a media room and a cafeteria, as well as spaces for leisure and networking. It will also be equipped with cutting-edge training technology, including areas dedicated to immersive experiences and virtual reality.
Esade's educational offer at this new location will include the Executive MBA, the Program for Management Development (PMD), the Advanced Management Program (AMP) and the Executive Masters in Finance, Digital Business and Marketing. This offer will be complemented by numerous Open and blended In/On programmes, as well as customised programmes for companies.
In terms of investment, Saint Croix and Esade will make joint contributions to renovate the building's facilities, including the car park and outdoor areas, with the aim of making them more functional and attractive. Recreational areas suitable for events and hospitality services will be created, thus improving the experience and the use of the space by its users.
This collaboration allows Saint Croix to complete the commercialisation of an asset that exceeds 6,000 square metres of gross leasable area, adding Esade as a prominent client in its portfolio. Esade is recognised as one of the leading training institutions both nationally and internationally.
In addition, the refurbishment of the property will include initiatives to obtain a LEED sustainability seal, aligning this action with the company's sustainability commitments.
