Psquared, which specialises in flexible offices, has closed the sale of a building in Barcelona's 22@ district for €8.8 million. As reported by the proptech through a statement, the asset has been acquired by the French fund My Share Company.
This operation has been developed as a sale and lease back. This will allow the proptech company to recover the funds invested to allocate them to new projects and, at the same time, continue to use the property. In just two years, Psquared has invested around six million euros in the acquisition and renovation of the building.
The property is located at the intersection of Carrer Ciutat de Granada and Carrer de Pujades, and consists of 1,855 square metres. It consists of a ground floor, five floors, a penthouse and two terraces, as part of the HQ Green complex. This complex is a hybrid format work centre that houses more than two hundred workstations.
Psquared has transformed a total of approximately 4,700 square metres into seven spaces, which it currently manages. Some of these spaces have undergone two redesigns. Each is unique and designed according to the guidelines and values of the leasing company.
