The proptech Psquared, specialized in finding spaces in the city to transform into flexible work centers, has closed the purchase for six million euros of a building in 22@ in the Catalan capital.
The property, located on the corner of Calle Ciutat de Granada and Carrer Pujades, has 1,855 sqm, five floors, an attic and two terraces, which will be transformed into the HQ Green complex, a work center hybrid format that will house between 200 and 250 jobs. The company anticipates that the rehabilitation works will end in June this year.
"This project is part of the investment agreement of forty million euros closed in 2021, which also includes doubling the number of square meters that we have in Spain with the future acquisition of another four new spaces to recover to activate proptech in Barcelona" , says Nicolás Araujo, co-CEO of Psquared.
