Assa Abloy, the Swedish group dedicated to access control systems, has leased from Proemio 946 square metres in the Arboretum Business Park, located in Cornellà de Llobregat, Barcelona. The operation has been advised by CBRE.
With this operation, the company seeks to expand its surface area and gain in efficiency, benefiting from the good communications, the quality of the facilities and the services offered by the park.
The Arboretum Business Park, owned by Proemio, is an outstanding business centre covering 42,000 square metres in Cornellà de Llobregat. Comprising five office buildings and mixed-use areas, it offers a modern and sustainable environment. The Swedish group will be located specifically on the third floor of the Roble building.
