The Trindade Domus building, located in the historic centre of the city of Porto, will be redeveloped, according to an announcement made by Patron Capital and Finangeste. In parallel with the new positioning of the building, which also includes the qualification of the space with BREEAM and WELL certifications, the owners decided for a rebranding process: Trinity Porto is the new name for the Trindade Domus building.
The investment in the rehabilitation of this building was approximately 5 million euros in a share of the building (about 4 thousand square metres, out of the 20 thousand total). The rehabilitation foresees new office areas, lobby, esplanade, restaurants and new amenities, such as a "hanging garden" of 2 thousand square metres.
According to the Administration, "the intervention in this building - which has a unique and unrivalled location in this part of the city - will make it a privileged location for companies, as it has office spaces with exceptional areas of up to 3,500 square metres per floor, a garden for the exclusive and semi-exclusive use of the building's users and which can be used for events.
With a total of 20 thousand square metres of gross leasable area, combining 5 floors of offices and a commercial gallery on the ground floor, besides the car park for 496 vehicles, "Trinity Porto" meets the modernisation that Patron Capital and Finangeste are seeking for the building.
We remind you that Finangeste and Patron Capital acquired the Trinity Domus for 40 million euros, in 2020.
