OneCoWork, coworking operator and part of the Agartha Real Estate group, has announced the opening of a space of approximately 6,000 sqm in a refurbished building at 12 Prim Street, in the Recoletos district of Madrid. The transaction has been advised by Savills and the property is owned by the Consorcio de Compensación de Seguros.
The new centre, which is scheduled to open in April 2025, represents the arrival of OneCoWork in Madrid after its activity in Barcelona, where it manages three centres and is developing another in the 22@ district. This space is aimed at professionals and companies looking for flexible and functional work options.
The building is located in Recoletos, a central area of Madrid with access to public transport such as metro, suburban trains and buses. It also has parking spaces for private vehicles, bicycles and scooters. Its certifications include LEED Gold in sustainability and AIS Five Star in accessibility.
The new coworking space will include corporate floors, meeting rooms, terraces and a rooftop terrace overlooking Paseo de Recoletos. It will also offer technological services to facilitate hybrid work and connectivity.
