The Isidro Rincón family from Valladolid has acquired, through its company Norforest, an office building in Valladolid for 10 million euros from Coral Homes.
It is an unfinished building that has more than 6,000 square meters of surface, distributed among its eleven stories high, which is located in the Arco del Ladrillo area.
Last Monday a new operation of the Isidro family was announced, but through its Socimi Ibervalles. The company bought two office buildings in Madrid from Colonial, which will be refurbished and repositioned.
The family office of the Isidro family, Ibervalles, will go public before next summer.
Gloval is the appraiser in charge of the valuation of the company and Renta 4 of the placement, as confirmed by market sources.
