New Winds Group, a holding company linked to the Reyzábal family, has purchased one of the most representative office assets in A Coruña, the Proa building.
Specifically, the building, located at number 1 of Avenida García Sabell in the capital of A Coruña, has a surface area of 12,464 square metres distributed over 13 floors and 115 parking spaces.
It is an exclusive office building that is leased to renowned companies such as Endesa, Izertis and Servihabitat.
The purchase of the asset is part of New Winds Group's growth strategy in its office real estate division, in which it plans to continue investing in similar buildings with a focus on added value, core plus and geographic diversification at national and international level.
The property has been advised in this transaction by Smart Invest, a company specialising in real estate advisory services for investment funds and family offices.
