The ‘Property Management’ company MVGM has added 35,420 sqm to its portfolio of assets with the management of five buildings, one in Madrid and four in the province of Barcelona, of the real estate manager AEW, as reported this Monday.
Specifically, MVGM will be in charge of the rental administration and the technical and operational management of the five buildings.
In Madrid, the company will manage the CC124 building, an office building in the process of complete rehabilitation located in the Salamanca district.
In the province of Barcelona, the company will manage the Hidira building, in the Mas Blau area of El Prat de Llobregat. In addition, it will manage the Conata 2 building, located in Sant Joan Despí, a town bordering Barcelona.
On the other hand, in the city of Barcelona, MVGM will manage the building located at the confluence of Joan d’Àustria and Ramon Turró streets, in the 22 @ area. It will also manage the Urgell building, in L'Eixample.
