Mutualidad de la Abogacía has reached an agreement with the developer Tenihabana for the purchase of an office building on the Paseo de la Habana in Madrid. The insurance company already has several properties on this road, among which is the commercial building of Paseo de la Habana 3 and the premises of Concha Espina 18.
The acquired property is located at number 9-11 and has an area of 5,560.40 sqm divided into ground floor, access floor, upper floor, roof and terraces. The operation was closed this Wednesday under a notary public.
