Monday is expanding its flexible office network in Spain with 7,000 sqm of additional space in Valencia and Madrid. The additions will take the company’s network in Spain and Portugal to 18 locations and 45,000 sqm of managed space.
In Valencia, Monday plans to open its first location in the city before the end of 2026, at 31 Calle Pintor Sorolla. The 1,600 sqm space will have capacity for more than 200 users.
In Madrid, the company will open a 2,200 sqm centre at 40 Calle Áncora, with capacity for more than 350 professionals. A second location near Plaza de Castilla will add 3,200 sqm and accommodate more than 500 users, with the opening scheduled for 2028.
The additions will take Monday’s Madrid network from three to five centres, with a combined area of 16,000 sqm. The company is also preparing a new location in Zaragoza, scheduled to open in early 2027 in a former Telefónica historic building.
The expansion comes as the company increases its activity. Monday recorded revenue of €17.9 million in 2025, up 30% from the previous year. For 2026, it expects revenue to reach €22 million and EBITDA to exceed €4.5 million, compared with €3.9 million in 2025.
Its flexible office offering includes Hot Desk, Fixed Desk and private offices, with daily, weekly and monthly passes. For companies and teams, the operator also offers dedicated offices and the option to occupy one or more floors. Members can additionally access any location across its network in Spain, Andorra and Lisbon.
With the planned openings, Monday expects to end 2026 with 20 centres, more than 50,000 sqm of space and 7,500 users.
