Meridia RE IV sold the buildings called 'Talos' and 'Arcis' located at numbers 10 and 8 Quintanapalla Street, for a price of 8.2 million euros and 12.5 million euros, respectively.
Following the closing of the transaction, Meridia has cancelled the loan derived from both assets for a total of 12.1 million euros, with effect from the same date of the sale on 8 November.
The Talos building is an exclusive five-storey office building built in 2010 and refurbished in 2022. The asset has 3,636 square metres of gross leasable area (GLA) and 76 parking spaces. For several years the building has been leased by the alternative education institution Reggio College.
The Arcis building has a gross lettable area of 4,690.80 square metres spread over five floors. It also has 127 parking spaces and 40 bicycle parking spaces. The building dates back to 2008 and is Breeam Very Good certified.
