The investment fund manager, through the Socimi Meridia Real Estate III, has sold two office buildings in the Catalan capital for 40.5 million euros, as reported by the company to BME Growth.
One of the assets is located at number 75, Passeig Sant Joan and is currently occupied by the Barcelona City Council and houses the Citizenship and Immigration Rights Services office.
The other asset that the Socimi has disposed of is in Esplugues de Llobregat, specifically at number 34-38 of Avenida Països Catalans. The building is part of the offices of the Cobega bottling company.
The company has carried out various operations in the city in recent months. Through Meridia IV, the company acquired a building at 38 Avenida Meridiana, in the 22 @ district, for 10.4 million euros.
