MelloRDC, through its subsidiary Arquimelo, has sold Sovena's head office building, located in the Arquiparque office park in Miraflores. JLL and CBRE were responsible for mediating the transaction - in a co-exclusive mandate, they were mandated by the owner to launch, manage and conclude the property sale process.
Violas Ferreira Sicafi Especial, SA, a self-managed real estate investment "Family Office", focused in the office area, but also present in the residential, retail and logistics sectors, acquires the Sovena's head office building, with 3.500 square meters of offices distributed in six floors, and 62 parking spots.

Sovena, which has been located in Arquiparque since 2021, will remain in the building, having a lease contract until 2030.
Salvador Leite Castro, Head of Private Wealth at JLL, states that "it was a very competitive sale process and it was achieved by a national Family Office. This property captivated investors because it is integrated in a consolidated office park, with a long-term contract and a very solid tenant".
For Nuno Nunes, Head of Capital Markets at CBRE, "this transaction is a great example that, despite the context of greater uncertainty in which we find ourselves, the real estate sector, and especially core assets with high-profile tenants with long-term commitment to the assets, continue to be very attractive investment opportunities".
