MEAG has purchased the office building MB4 in Lisbon

Built in 1981, the MB4 was fully renovated in 2022 and will soon be awarded BREEAM Excellent certification. The building has around 7,500 sqm of office space spread over its 9 floors, with units of between 520 and 740 sqm on each, and retail spaces.
