The Landon Group has leased more than 1,100 square metres of office space in Barcelona to technology companies Doctor I and Meeting Lawyers/Meeting Doctors, according to real estate consultancy BNP Paribas Real Estate, which participated in the lease transaction.
After completing the transaction, the digital solutions group, which provides telecare services in the health and legal fields from Meeting Lawyers/Meeting Doctors, as well as insurance brokerage services from Doctor I, is leaving its office on Carrer del Milanesado, which has been its headquarters for nine years, to occupy a total of 1,125 square metres of the building located at 200 Via Augusta.
This building consists of 8,500 square metres spread over eight floors. At present, a large part of the building, which has Leed Gold certification, is occupied by the Zurich insurance company.
