La Llave de Oro will promote a 14,000 square meter office building on Roc Boronat street, corner of Llull, in the technological district of Barcelona.
The operation will involve an investment of 24 million euros between the acquisition of the land and the construction of the office building, as explained by the real estate agency. After closing the acquisition of the site at the end of 2019, just before the outbreak of the pandemic, La Llave de Oro plans to begin construction of the office complex this year, which could increase its equity portfolio.
This is not the first investment in La Llave de Oro offices in 22 @. The real estate company already acquired a plot of land in 2018 to build an office building with a gross leasable area (GLA) of 17,500 square meters, which it is about to hand over to Blackstone. The US fund acquired the property at the beginning of 2020 for about one hundred million euros, according to market sources.
