Jungle, the ecosystem of creative companies, has leased 750 square metres at number 111 of the Álaba building in Barcelona's 22@ district. Its new 'Jungle House' will house Lúcid, the product design and phygital experience agency; PS21 Barna, the creative company led by Enric Nel-Lo and Jaume Leis; and True's PR team, currently in charge of the W hotel in Barcelona.
With this operation, Jungle seeks to consolidate its presence in the Catalan market by bringing together its Pier01 offices in Tech Barcelona and Sabadell into a single workspace. This will facilitate the generation of synergies between the different teams.
According to CBRE, the company in charge of advising on the lease transaction, the new offices are strategically located in 22@, one of the most innovative and dynamic areas of the city. In addition, the Álaba 111 building, owned by Blackstone, has state-of-the-art facilities and a wide range of services.
"Quality offices continue to attract tenants' interest"
"From the Tenant Representation department we have advised Jungle21 on the leasing of their new offices, also accompanying them throughout the process of negotiating the conditions. 22@ is a very interesting location for start-ups and we see that, despite the current context of uncertainty, quality offices continue to arouse the interest of tenants", said the Associate Director of Advisory & Transaction at CBRE Barcelona, Jesús Hidalgo.
Jungle's creative ecosystem is listed on Euronext and has more than 200 employees. It is made up of the independent companies PS21 and PS21 Barna, creative agencies; True, communications consultancy; Redbility, product design and digital services consultancy; ES3, digital agency; PINK, creative boutique; Invisible, cultural laboratory and futures design; Líbero, publishing project; Líbero Creative Club, football creative agency; Lúcid, industrial design company; and MeMe, digital agency.
