With the growing demand for hybrid working solutions, IWG has been adding new locations in Portugal at a rapid pace. As part of this, the Belgian group is announcing three new openings in Portugal: Regus Porto Bom Sucesso, Regus Lisboa D. João V and Spaces Oriente.
Spaces Oriente, in Lisbon, will offer 3,000 square meters of flexible work space, with coworking, private offices, meeting rooms and creative spaces. IWG will also inaugurate Regus Dom João V in the Portuguese capital, a 1,000 sqm workspace designed as an environment conducive to unlimited creativity and productivity, reaching a total of 15 locations in the southern region.
More to the north of the country, Regus Porto Bom Sucesso will open, with 1,000 sqm of state-of-the-art facilities for companies of all sizes. Opening in early 2024, the new units will provide workers in the Lisbon and Porto regions with sophisticated work spaces, with coworking areas, modern private offices and dynamic meeting rooms.
The opening of these new locations comes just after IWG recorded the highest quarterly revenue ever, as well as accelerated growth of its network, with around 900 new locations globally by 2023.
With these openings, we are establishing a stronger and much-needed presence in Portugal. This year we are working to open in new cities and suburbs and to expand throughout the country. As important business locations, Lisbon and Porto are fantastic places for us to push forward our expansion plans.
