Inbisa has sold to the project management and development company IT Indigo a 352 sqm office located in the INBISA Mas Blau building, within the Mas Blau business park in El Prat de Llobregat.
The building is strategically located in the Mas Blau industrial estate (El Prat de Llobregat - Barcelona), just 1 minute from Barcelona airport terminal 2 and with excellent public transport links to the city centre via metro line 9.
The asset offers an office area of more than 6,500 sqm of totally exterior and open-plan spaces with large perimeter windows that provide great luminosity during the day, parking spaces, meeting rooms, large open-air areas, its own gym and pedestrian access to landscaped areas, all framed in a complex of more than 12,000 sqm.
With this new sale, INBISA exceeds 40% of the total available surface area sold and confirms the positive assessment that both end users and investors have of the acquisition of offices in horizontal property in corporate buildings.
