Inbisa, a leading national real estate developer, has completed the sale of 1,110 square metres of office space to the Servei d'Ocupació de Catalunya (SOC). This transaction, carried out after a public tender, involves offices located in the Inbisa Mas Blau Building, located in the Mas Blau business park in El Prat de Llobregat, Barcelona.
The SOC will use these offices as a "centre for guidance, entrepreneurship, accompaniment and innovation for employment", as specified in its specifications. This acquisition contributes to the SOC's mission of promoting employment and innovation in the region.
With this recent sale, Inbisa has achieved 100% occupancy in the Mas Blau Building. A significant 65% of the offices in the building have been sold, evidencing the high valuation that end users and investors give to horizontal property in corporate buildings.
The SOC will use these offices as a "centre for orientation, entrepreneurship, support and innovation for employment".
Albert Martí, commercial director of Inbisa's eastern territory, has highlighted the preference of companies for the acquisition of offices in horizontal property regime. "This differentiates and characterises our building compared to others in the area, where offices in the hands of large tenants predominate in vertical property and on a rental basis", explained Martí.
Inbisa also highlights the qualities of the building that attract buyers, such as the quality of the construction, the large car park, the proximity to Terminal 2 of Barcelona Airport and the excellent connectivity with public transport.
The Inbisa Mas Blau building offers more than 6,500 square metres of completely exterior and open-plan office space, with large windows that provide natural light. It also has parking spaces, large outdoor areas, a gymnasium and pedestrian access to landscaped areas, in a complex of over 12,000 square metres. Its occupants include companies such as Volkswagen, Xerox, IFM, Esprinet Iberica, Savino del Bene, Atlantic Forwarding Spain and Borregaard Iberica.
