IDB Lisbon - Innovation & Design Building Lisbon, a building owned and managed by Jamestown, has four new tenants who have found the right place in the innovation hub to boost their businesses: Pictet Technologies, UpHill, Mamma Team and Circutor, which together occupy more than 4,800 square metres of the building.
Founded in 2016, Pictet Technologies is the financial technology software factory that exclusively serves the needs of the Swiss Pictet Group. Pictet Technologies, which operates from Luxembourg and Lisbon, will occupy the entire 5th floor (2,644 sqm) of IDB Lisbon.
With the aim of developing software and medical content for the automation of care journeys in hospitals and other institutions, the Portuguese Series A start-up UpHill will occupy 1,000 sqm of IDB Lisbon, from where it intends to continue creating solutions for the health sector.
As IDB Lisbon is a space full of creativity, Barcelona-based production company Mamma Team has chosen it to continue to be inspired in the development of television and photographic content for agencies, brands and production companies around the world, renting 1,000 sqm on the 4th floor. Circutor, also of Spanish origin, will occupy 160 sqm of IDB Lisbon as the headquarters of its first office in Portugal, despite having been operating in the country for over 20 years.
IDB Lisbon was chosen as the location for these companies' offices in Portugal due to a number of factors: the modern facilities and amenities, the design and architecture of the building, the lifestyle on offer, the ease with which the space can be arranged, the easy access, and also the entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystem present in the building.
