Ibervalles launches a new office building in Madrid. Consultancy firms CBRE and Savills have been selected to co-exclusively market Connecta, the socimi's asset that has been renovated by Estudio Lamela opposite the A-2 at the entrance to the capital, in a strategic location with public and private transport connections, including several bus lines and quick access from the M-30. The area also offers a wide variety of services, restaurants and green areas.
The building, which is scheduled for completion before the summer, has a total surface area of 6,315 square metres distributed over seven floors. In addition, it has 850 square metres of green spaces and terraces located on the roof and on floors two and four. The facilities include 175 parking spaces, also adapted for electric vehicles, areas for visitors and bicycles.
Designed according to the new collaborative working models, Connecta will offer areas designed for meetings, concentration or relaxation, as well as spaces to encourage team building. These spaces are equipped to host talks, corporate events or group activities.
The refurbishment carried out by Estudio Lamela has focused on meeting sustainability and wellbeing standards for its tenants, standing out in terms of energy efficiency, air quality and water saving. The design of the building integrates landscaped areas and biophilia elements in the interior common areas, with the intention of optimising people's concentration, productivity and wellbeing. Connecta has thus obtained LEED Platinum, Wiredscore and WELL Platinum certifications, guaranteeing its commitment to the environment and advanced technology.
