Iberdrola Inmobiliaria has recently completed the signing of the lease of 2,200 square metres of office space to Licuas in the A2 Plaza building in Madrid.
This property, located on Calle Nanclares de Oca, enjoys good connectivity, just ten minutes from Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas International Airport and the city centre. In addition, Iberdrola has launched a mobility plan initiative that will improve communications on the A2 axis and provide higher quality services for A2 Plaza users.
The project focuses on environmental and economic sustainability, with significant energy and maintenance savings. A2 Plaza will reduce CO2 emissions by 59%, energy consumption by 58% and water consumption by 40%. For this reason, it has an A energy rating and the BREEAM Excellent seal, being the first building in Madrid to obtain this rating, as well as the WELL Platinum certification.
The Licuas Group is an innovative and sustainable company with more than 35 years of experience in construction and civil engineering, infrastructure, sanitation, energy, urban and environmental services, building management and public and private concessions.
This new tenant joins other renowned companies already occupying space at A2 Plaza, such as Terumo and Topes de Gama. The leasing process has been advised by Cushman & Wakefield.
